From I-40/Hwy 93 take the Beale Street Exit, then east to Andy Devine Avenue, a.k.a. Route 66. to Hualapai Mountain Road (Big-O-Tires and Dam Bar on the corners). Proceed east on Hualapai Mountain Road to Eastern Avenue. then turn north on Eastern Avenue to Karen Avenue and turn right at the fire station. Continue to the end of Karen Avenue. The home sits at the corner of Karen Avenue and Wildflower Street, just south of Courtney Avenue.
Rent will be $775.00 per month for a minimum 6-month lease
Security deposit is equal to the first month's rent plus $225.00 for a pet deposit, if applicable.
